How do I create and set up an AI agent for my business?
In Automations › AI › Agents you press New agent, set its Identity, Instructions, Skills and Knowledge and test it in Chat before publishing.

Step by step
- In the side menu open Automations and, under the AI heading, go to Agents.
- Press New agent or pick an existing one in the left column.
- Under Identity and Instructions set the agent's name, role and the rules it should follow when answering or handing over to someone on your team.
- Under Skills and Knowledge pick which module tools it may query and which documents or folders from Resources serve as its knowledge base.
- Under Publication enable the channels where it will reply (such as your website chat or WhatsApp) and use the Chat tab to test its live answers.
Worth knowing
- Replies generated by agents draw from your workspace's prepaid AI balance and respect the monthly cap you set.
- Every task or action run by an agent is logged on the executions board so your team can audit it.
