How do I switch on a new module?
In Workspace › Subscription › Modules you pick the module, look at its plans, press Get started and confirm. It joins the menu straight away.

Step by step
- In the side menu, under Spaces, open Workspace and, under the Subscription heading, go to Modules.
- Find the module in the list on the left. The Available filter leaves only the ones you do not have yet.
- Press View pricing to jump down to Plans and pricing.
- On the plan you want, press Get started.
- Check the summary and press Activate module. The module is live and joins the menu on the left.
Worth knowing
- To switch modules on you need the Modules permission in your role. If you cannot see the option, ask whoever administers your workspace.
- Modules with a free tier show Free in the list: you can switch them on without paying anything.
- If you have unpaid invoices, that same screen warns you. With two or more your workspace goes read-only and you will not be able to switch anything on until you settle up.
- To change tier later, come back to the module and press Change plan; if you no longer need it, press Uninstall. Your workspace is not a module: it is never installed or charged.
- The module store is in the browser and in the desktop app; the iOS and Android apps do not show it.
