How do I invite my team?

Step by step

1. 1In the side menu, under Spaces, open Workspace and, under the Team heading, go to Collaborators.
2. 2Press Invite, at the top right.
3. 3Type the email and the name. Both are needed.
4. 4Pick a role if you have one ready. You can leave it with no role and grant access one item at a time later.
5. 5Press Send invitation. The person shows up in the list as invited until they join.

Worth knowing

• The email link expires after seven days. If it lapses, open the person's menu and use Resend invitation; the same menu has Invitation link to copy it and send it another way.
• The person joins the workspace you invite them from: each workspace has its own team.
• Whoever gets the invitation has to sign in with that same email. If they have no Sice account, the link takes them to create one with that email already filled in.
• Permissions are inherited from the role live: if you change the role later, the change reaches everyone who holds it, without going person by person again.
• What you change in the access of a person who has a role (by selecting them in the list) stays as their own exception and does not affect anyone else.
• When you remove someone from your workspace they lose access, but what they did stays: their name remains on what they created.
• Inviting your team costs nothing: Sice does not charge per person.
