Data deletion instructions

1. Introduction

Here we explain how to delete your data from Sice: a whole workspace, your personal account, or the data that came in through the accounts you connected (Meta —Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp—, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft and your mailboxes). How we handle your data is in the Privacy policy.

2. Deleting a workspace

The owner of the workspace can delete it from the app: in your account, Workspaces, and in its card's menu, Delete workspace, confirming with its name and your password.

• The workspace stays 30 days under "deleted", where you can restore it. We email you when you delete it, and 7 days and 1 day before it is erased.
• After the 30 days it is permanently erased: its database, files, encryption keys, API keys and domains.
• If you don't want to wait, from "deleted" you can erase it for good after 24 hours, confirming with the workspace's name, your password and a code we email you. The workspace must have no unpaid invoices.

3. Deleting your personal account

Write to support@sice.site or contact@sice.site from your account's email address asking us to delete it, or use our contact page. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm your identity. We delete your account and your personal data (profile, connected mailboxes, tasks, calendar and messages) and confirm by email when it is done.

If you own a workspace with other collaborators, delete or hand over that workspace first.

4. Data from the accounts you connected

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn account, your Google Business Profile, a WhatsApp Business number, a Meta Ads or TikTok Ads ad account, or a mailbox, we keep basic information about that account, page or channel and the identifiers and tokens the integration needs. To delete them:

• From Sice: in Workspace › Connections › Integrations, disconnect the integration (or delete it, for those that offer no disconnect, such as Google Business Profile and LinkedIn). We erase the stored tokens and the identifiers of the linked pages or channels. The leads, messages and posts that already came in stay in your workspace; you can delete them from their modules.
• From Facebook: in Settings & privacy › Settings › Apps and websites, pick Sice and remove it. We receive Meta's notice and erase the tokens we kept for that account.
• From Google or Microsoft: revoke access in your Google or Microsoft account, and disconnect the account in Sice so we erase what we kept.
• Other platforms: revoke access in your account's allowed apps section and disconnect the integration in Sice.

5. Timing

We handle requests within 30 days at most. Daily backups roll over within about two weeks, so erased data also disappears from them in that time.

6. What we may keep

We keep platform invoices and the transaction records required by accounting and tax obligations, and the information needed to resolve disputes, only for as long as the law requires.
