Sice is a cloud platform that helps your business sell more: it brings visits through your website, helps you go out and find customers, makes sure no lead is left unanswered, improves how you serve people and puts your team's processes in order. Each tool is a module you switch on when you need it.

In two ways. Your website ships with SEO on every page, your own domain and several languages, and you see how many visits you get and which pages work. And with Sales you go out and find customers: you log every visit with its next step, send proposals from your catalog, and your customer accepts them online.

Your site's forms and chat, your bookings, your email, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, the comments on your posts and your Meta lead ad forms create or update the lead in your CRM without copying anything by hand, and Sice notifies whoever handles it or, if nobody does, your team. The leads that come through forms, your site's chat, your email or the API can be handed out by turn so every lead has an owner; Sice reminds you of pending follow-ups and marks the conversations still waiting for an answer.

You switch on only the modules you need and add others later. They all share the same data: a contact who writes from your website shows up in the CRM, and a sale is recorded for your accounting, with no apps to sync.

You can start free: your workspace is not charged, and the catalog's modules have a free tier with its own allowance and paid monthly tiers; you pay the sum of the ones you switch on. Past an allowance, the excess is charged per unit or, if that allowance is a cap, you move up a tier. AI and the WhatsApp messages you start with a template are paid from a prepaid credit. No. Sice does not keep a percentage of what you sell, neither on your online orders nor in your shop.

No. You invite your team from your workspace, each person with their own role and permissions, and Sice does not charge per person: what you pay for are the modules you switch on.

Every customer has a single record with their whole history: messages, proposals and purchases. With Automations and the CRM, an AI agent answers your site's chat with your own information and catalog, files the conversation in your CRM and hands it to someone on your team when needed. Your customers can also book online.

With WhatsApp you register your number and your team writes from the CRM. You publish and read the metrics on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and YouTube, and publish to LinkedIn and to your Google listing; Messenger and Instagram messages and comments arrive in your CRM. You also connect your Google or Microsoft mailbox, or any IMAP/SMTP server, to send and receive, sync your personal Google Calendar and create Meta Ads campaigns. And there is an API for your own systems.

Spanish and English. Each person picks the interface language in their preferences and the change applies to the whole app right away. This site is in both languages too. Human support is in Spanish.

Each workspace has its own database, which is backed up every day. The credentials and keys you store are encrypted with a key of your workspace's own. You can sign in with a passkey (your fingerprint, face or device PIN), and public forms check with an invisible captcha that a person is behind them.
