Artificial intelligence policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Sice's artificial intelligence (AI) features work and complements our Terms and conditions and our Privacy policy. AI is used by:

• Sice's assistants and the agents of the Automations module, which talk, answer and carry out tasks in your modules.
• The agents that answer the chat of the websites you publish with Sice.
• Text generation and editing inside the modules.
• Image and design generation and editing in Design Studio.
• Video generation, with audio, that the assistants and agents request; the clips land in Video Studio's library.
• AI steps inside the automations of the Automations module.

2. Providers

For these features we use models from outside providers: Anthropic (Claude) for text, assistants and agents, Google (Gemini) to generate and edit images and Google (Veo) to generate videos with audio. We may add OpenAI as an alternative provider; if we do, we will say so here. Each provider handles the content under its own policies.

Videos generated by Google carry an invisible watermark (SynthID) that identifies them as AI-made.

3. Your data

The content you send to an AI feature (prompts, text, images or files) is passed to the provider for the sole purpose of producing the result you asked for. We do not use it for anything outside the service.

We keep your conversations with the assistants, so you can pick them up again, and an excerpt of each prompt in your credit usage log. The content of your emails is not sent to AI. We recommend not including personal or sensitive data you don't need to.

4. Control over agents

When an agent wants to change data in your modules, it asks for your confirmation, except for the actions you authorize in advance. You can set per-turn limits and see how much it uses.

5. Accuracy and responsibility

AI results can contain errors, inaccuracies or bias and are not professional advice. Review them before using them, especially on legal, medical, accounting or financial matters. The final decision on what is used is always yours.

6. Acceptable use

When you use AI you agree to:

• Not generate content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory or that infringes third-party rights.
• Not use it to impersonate other people or to send unsolicited communications.
• Follow the usage rules in our Terms and conditions.

7. How it is charged

AI is paid from a prepaid credit in US dollars, used up by the tokens the model processes, by each generated image and by each second of generated video. Without credit, AI features do not run. You can set a monthly cap per service. Credit already used is not refunded.

8. Changes and contact

We may change the AI features available and the providers behind them; we will announce important changes in the app. For any question, write to contact@sice.site.
