1. Who we are and acceptance

Sice is a service of Crack S.R.L., Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia ("Sice", "we"). By creating an account or using the Sice platform (the "Platform") you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Platform.

2. The service

Sice is a modular management platform. You create a workspace, with a database of its own, and switch on in it the modules your business needs; all of them share the same data. Every workspace includes, at no cost, its team with roles and permissions, notifications, the file manager, connections (integrations and API keys), settings, security and its subscription. The modules are:

• Automations, with AI agents, automations and executions.
• Resources: documents, templates, whiteboards, Design Studio, Video Studio and Stream Studio.
• CRM.
• Sales, with prospecting, opportunities and proposals.
• Commerce: sales, orders, quotes, cash registers, purchases and suppliers.
• Inventory.
• Accounting, with electronic invoicing for Bolivia's SIN in pilot.
• Websites.
• Marketing.
• Projects.
• Health, for clinical and aesthetic care.
• Human resources.
• Management, with indicators, goals, dashboards and unit tracking.

We may add, change or retire features. If we retire something you use and pay for, we will tell you in advance.

3. Your account

To use Sice you must be at least 18 years old and create an account with truthful, current information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for your account's activity. Whoever creates a workspace in Sice is responsible for the collaborators they invite and the permissions they grant them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Not try to access other people's or businesses' accounts or data.
• Not distribute malware or harmful code.
• Not infringe third parties' intellectual property rights.
• Not send spam or unsolicited communications with our email, WhatsApp or social media tools.
• Comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (for example, those of Meta and WhatsApp Business, Google or TikTok).

5. Artificial intelligence

Sice includes AI features that generate text, images and videos with audio, and assistants and agents that work in your modules. The content you send them is processed with models from outside providers (today, Anthropic for text and Google for images and video) for the sole purpose of producing the result. Results can contain errors: review them before using them, especially in legal, medical, accounting or financial contexts. The details are in the Artificial intelligence policy.

6. Your content and the sites you publish

You keep ownership of what you upload or create in Sice. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service, including publishing the websites and catalogs you choose to make public.

You alone are responsible for what you publish or send from Sice and for holding the rights and permissions needed over that content and over your contacts' data.

7. Integrations

Sice connects with outside services such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft and stock image libraries. By switching on an integration you authorize the data exchange it needs and accept that platform's terms; the platform may change or limit its service regardless of us. How that data is handled is governed by our Privacy policy and the Data deletion instructions.

8. Pricing, billing and credit

• The price of each module and tier is on the pricing page, in US dollars and before taxes.
• We invoice every month, in arrears, the paid modules you have switched on in each workspace, plus the excess over allowances that have a per-unit price. An allowance without a per-unit price is a cap: to go past it you move up a tier. The workspace itself is not charged, and nothing is charged per person.
• There is no lock-in: you can switch a module off or move down a tier whenever you like, and it stops adding up from the next invoice.
• Payments are made through the methods we give you in the app or through our team. If a workspace has two unpaid invoices, it becomes read-only until it catches up.
• Artificial intelligence and the WhatsApp messages you start with a template are paid from a prepaid credit in US dollars, used up as you go. You can set a monthly cap per service. Credit already used is not refunded; unused credit is governed by the conditions in force when you topped it up.

9. Your data

Your data belongs to you. For the data your business loads about its customers, Sice acts as a processor. You can download information from several modules as CSV or PDF and ask us for a full copy. Personal data is handled under our Privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

10. Availability

We work to keep Sice available at all times, but we do not guarantee an uninterrupted service: there may be pauses for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.

11. Suspension and closure

You can delete a workspace you own whenever you like: it stays 30 days under "deleted", where you can restore it, and is then permanently erased. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or the law, telling you when possible.

12. Limitation of liability

Sice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including the use of results generated by artificial intelligence. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid Sice in the last 12 months.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will tell you about changes in the app or by email 30 days in advance; continuing to use Sice after that period means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, unless a mandatory rule of your country provides otherwise.
